About the conference

Every year, Danish Emergency Management Organization holds its traditional Annual General Meeting. The Annual General Meeting is the largest fire and rescue fair in Denmark and has for decades been a big draw patch with 1.000 visitors and 70 stands.

Danish Emergency Management Organization’s Annual General Meeting has existed since 1954 where it was held for the first time in Fredericia. The following years, the hosting went around the country, but since 2017 the Annual General Meeting has been held in Odense Congress Center.

The Annual General Meeting lasts two days and combines the preparedness exhibition with professional presentations that gives the visitors new knowledge and inspiration to their work.

In 2024 we have changed the location of the Annual Generel Meeting to Aalborg harbour, due to Aalborg hosting this years World Firefighter Games. This means that there, apart from the prepared exhibition, there will be 3000-4000 firemen from all over the world, competing in multiple disciplines. There will also be a couple of intriguing technical presentations.

The Annual General Meeting attracts both Danish and foreign exhibitors and visitors. That creates a unique opportunity for exchanging of knowledge and networking.

We recommend everyone to download our app which allows visitors during the Annual General Meeting to access the program, look at overviews of the exhibition, read practical information and vote for the stand of the year.
